I took it into their shop, they had the computer for two and a half days and they did not clean it out, I had to hire somebody else. I picked it back and brought it home and it was doing some of the same things that it was doing before, so I called them and said they didn’t really fix it because there were still issues, they said bring it back and I thought why should I, they couldn’t fix it the first time. They did resolve some of the issues. Their price was great because Best Buy Geek’s wanted $200 straight out even if it were a two second fix. They called us saying it was ready, I picked it up and brought it to my daughter but the problem she was having with the pop-up’s over her emails was still happening, so she couldn't read her mails and I actually had it fixed it somewhere. People at Next Door Geeks were very hospitable. They were very nice. They seemed to be professional. Their price was right. Their communication was good but they didn’t fix it. First of all, they have to at least give a twenty-four hour guarantee but they offer no guarantee whatsoever which is why I thought there was no sense in taking it back again because I could be without the computer again for days and not have it fixed again, so there was no point.
