Roofing
Contract signed 12/27/05, and I gave Andre Chestnut a down payment deposit of $5,130.00. After waiting 7 months for the roof, and almost 50 phones calls to check on the status,it was finally delivered on July 6th. At the time of delivery and in accordance with the contract I gave the company another $3,078.00 only to find out several days later that they had delivered the wrong roof and they had to re-order the roof after new engineering & re-submit for another permit with the city of Cooper City. All this after they had been telling me for all those months that the reason for the delay was the engineering.They kept my additional payment (total to date $8,208.00) and continued to ignore my phone calls. Roof delivered again 9/16 and again wrong! Two feet too long and 2 feet too short! The company at this point was in the middle of a dispute between partners and Andre told me not to call him any longer. The roof was cut and patched to fit but leaked from day one.
