We called Nancy and she invited her to her office to discuss our options. She was available in the evening to accommodate our schedules. She worked closely with our Realtor and us to find out all requisite information before we met with her. During our meeting, she described the good faith estimate of a loan program line by line, which we greatly appreciated. During the loan application process and ultimately until closing, she pro actively kept us, our Realtor and title company informed of each step in the process. Her experience and expertise is outstanding. Her honesty throughout process was greatly appreciated. We closed successfully on our anticipated closing date. There were no surprises (i.e., no significant differences) between good faith estimate and final closing costs.
