Vivian is excellent to communicate with and she sent a lovely woman to do a thorough deep clean, all the furniture and area rugs were moved to clean underneath. We wanted every drawer and cabinet cleaned. It took two days and the results were great. I will be hiring her again.

Mr. Clean Services did a fantastic job! Vivian was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She even came to our house on the day of the job to tell her crew what exactly needed to be done. A two person crew cleaned the inside and outside of about 20 windows, including the very dirty tracks. They even cleaned the screens. When they were done the windows looked like new! I am completely satisfied with the job they did and can certainly highly recommend this company.

I am so happy with this company. I did a lot of research and made a lot of calls around Miami before finding these ladies, and it was worth the effort and time because they are great. Vivían, the lady who answers the phone and coordinates cleanings for them, is extremely competent, kind and professional, and she speaks great English. From my first call with her to the end of the cleaning, it was such a seamless process. Willi, the woman who cleans our place, is just perfect for us. My girlfriend and I had never hired a cleaning person before, and because I work from home, I was worried that I would have to constantly answer questions and show her where things were. But from the moment she showed up, Willi took charge, got to work, and just figured things out for herself. She doesn't speak English, but Vivían is a short call away if you need to communicate something (I speak some Spanish so this wasn't an issue for me). Willi works diligently while maintaining a pleasant and laid-back demeanor, so you feel at ease with her, which is important when someone is going to be in your apartment for hours at a time. I was also able to leave her a tip on Zelle, which saved me from having to go get cash. Overall, I am just so impressed with this company and these women. I wish every company was run with as much competence and common sense as this one.

Scheduling was easy and very professional, followed up to confirm the time. The cleaner showed up on time despite traffic and after a quick overview of what we wanted to focus she spent the next 4+ hours in every detail. House is immaculate. We will use them for the foreseeable future.

Veronica arrived on time and did a tremendous job!! She worked very hard and did a very Deep cleaning of each room. She was very meticulous and the house looks amazing. Even the corners of the shower lip were cleaned!!! Very satisfied and would hire again for sure!!! Also Vivian is extremely professional and very friendly. She makes the appointments and makes you feel valued!!! This was a great experience!

Excellent ++++ The staff was phenomenal. They worked within my schedule. The people who cleaned were courteous and did a spectacular job. The owner came to check when cleaning was complete. Don’t look anywhere else if you need a cleaning service as Mr. Clean is the best of the best.

Well. The (vacant-move our) condo cleaning took about 3 hours and cost about $215. The (vacant-move-in) house cleaning took longer and cost more. The customer must provide all tools of the trade and all supplies. The company also charges a 3% fee to process a credit card. These conditions are completely transparent. Vivian explains all of these matters up front before booking the services. The contractors are friendly and professional. They are on time and their work is thorough.

Cleaning went well, employees are very nice and hardworking. The cost, including tip, comes out to over $30/hour/person so it adds up very quickly.
