Very flexible. Worked around my schedule to meet with me to see what needed to be done and pricing was reasonable. Lorena was punctual and started working right away. She knew what to do, did not need directions. She worked fast and efficient. The quality of her work was great. She did a deep clean of my home and I am very happy with the outcome. Lorena was phenomenal. She answered my request and gave me a price based on her specific questions to assess my needs. She reminded me the night before and was very accommodating to my scheduling plus she was on time. . Very professional and knew just what to do when she arrived. Brought all her cleaning support unless I had a specific request. She was also very kind being it was for my senior mom and will be working with my mom. She also made her next appointment the same day. 100 stars and highly recommended!
