They were unresponsive, and unreliable and started a job and kept adding things. The quote was one and I ended up paying double. The person who signed the contract and represented the company asked for payment and in the end, he did not pay his employer. Now they are both harassing me for more money. A simple job to fix the fascia was $7886 and they are asking for more.

For the first time in a year and a half I am no longer worried about my roof. I went through two roof repairs. The first one with from a local company whose work was supposedly inspected by a local inspector because the roof repairer made me pay for a permit but I never saw an inspector come to the house. The second one was a handy man who tried to help and took my money. I had contacted a third company but they gave me an estimate 3 months ago and never heard from them again. Thanks to Angi's List I made contact with "Mitchbuildersusa" from Fort Lauderdale who was reasonable in price and really they did a good job in two days with 2 workers and they charged me less than the others.. I have to wait until the next major rain storm but what Mitch explained and showed to me showed me that he knows his work and I watched them do it I really recommend Mitch as an excellent roof repairer, experienced and on time.

Gustavo was very timely and responsive in repairing the hole in my tile roof. His rates were also very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent, and he is very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

This company did the job excellent with no hidden surprises at a reasonable cost. Roofing repairs can always be challenging for several different factors. In my case, I was extremely happy with how they performed the job . Insurance companies in Florida, are inspecting roofs and requesting immediate repairs of even minor harmless damages liked chipped tile corners.The report sent by the insurance provider was meticulously analyzed by the company and all requested repairs were done accordingly.

I was hesitant using a company that was not personally recommended as today it is so hard to find reliable companies, they start well but are not always prompt in returning when expected. This was not the case with this Mitch Builders. They were prompt, got the work done in the time frame they gave me and dealt with all the necessary permits. My work got done and signed off on by inspectors in less time than I imagined. Would recommend them with my eyes closed.

These guys are an absolute class act. Showed up earlier than announced, did the job to perfection. Wouldn’t hire anybody else in the future.

Gustavo was very knowledgeable and always on time to the appointments. He explained everything well and the quote we got was the most affordable, plus they have a 5yr warrantee on the job. Gustavo even came back after the job was completed and trimmed some branches that were over the roof, just because he knew they could cause a problem in the future. The job was completed in time and they left everything very clean. Highly recommend them!
