I called Thursday Sept 2, and he came over that very day to give an estimate. They came Monday, Labor day and worked from about 8 am - 2 pm. They removed the wall paper, patched up holes, smoothed over the ceiling which had gotten moldy looking over the years, and then painted. Good job.

Manny met me at the condo and gave me a price for painting it. When we discussed carpet he called in his brother Mario. We went over the entire job and I was convinced to paint the ceilings as well as everything else. It was a good decision since the entire condo looks fresh and clean now. They were always punctual and got the job done in a few days while I was out of town. My daughter came to check on the progress and had a good time with them. Manny even bought her a hamburger when he went out to get lunch. Manny met me at the condo when I got back and he immediately took care of a couple of things that needed touch up. The responsiveness, efficiency, quality, honesty and professionalism that was displayed by this family owned and operated company made it a joy to work with them. I can't say enough about how easy they made a difficult project for me. I am now going to have them do some work in my home.

Manny came out tom my house within a few hours of calling him. He was very prompt and professional. He faxed me an estimate of the work to be done within 24 hours. The estimate was for $2800. However, once Manny started we found other areas that needed to be painted or patched up. It took a little while longer for them to finish up because he wanted us to be completely satisfied with his work. (We paid him what we thought his work was worth) I would recommend Miami Nice to anyone needing interior/exterior painting and look forward to him working for us on any future projects. Great job!

I FEEL THAT MIAMI NICE PAINING IS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. THEY ARE GREAT.

THIS COMPANY DOES A WONDERFUL JOB IN PLEASING THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE WERE QUOTED A MUCH HIGHER PRICE THAN WE PAID. PLUS THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS GREAT. THE ROOMS ARE MUCH BRIGHTER.
