Description of Work: I switched mobile phone service over to Metro PCS last April. I switched to Metro PCS as the pricing was straight-forward with no monthly surprises. In the same month, I purchased a new car. The auto dealer could not synch my Android phone to the new car's Bluetooth system. I then took my new car to Metro PCS where Paul sat in my car for about ten or fifteen minutes getting my phone to synch with my car's Bluetooth. This kindness went beyond the call of duty. I have found the staff to be very helpful. My daughter (age 4) also had me buy an Angry Bird wristwatch. The watch lasted only four days and when I mentioned the incident to Mike, the store manager, Metro PCS offered a full refund. (I actually declined the refund as I think my daughter was at fault.) Kristen has helped me with some technical questions about Android phones and has helped me upgrade phones and helped me with some apps. The staff are all approachable and patient. Other mobile phone stores I investigated are very corporate with long wait times and interested in making large sales quotas. This Metro PCS store has a relaxed environment.
