In early 2012, we purchased all new components for our a/c system.  McConnell was recommended by a friend and we were very happy with the level of service and the product.  As first-time home owners, this was a big decision for us, and the people at McConnell were very patient and helpful, answering all our questions and giving us a fair price on a high end, very efficient unit.  McConnell replaced the compressor outside and the air handler inside and insulated the line from the compressor to the air handler.  They were right on time each visit and were very tidy while working inside our home.  
In November this year, the sensor in the water pan went bad and was tripping our system, causing the air to shut off.  One phone call to McConnell, and the next day a technician was at our house with a different sensor and replaced it.  Best part - no charge to us.  We couldn't be happier.

I had a 19-year-old system that need to be replaced. Quoted with this (McConnell A/C)  and another company, but chose this one as I perceived they had better technical knowledge. After a heat load study of my property they determined the size of equipment that I needed and offered 4 different solutions with different brands of equipment, at different prices (and quality). I chose the second best solution and included a new thermostat that I can now control from my smart phone. The service was well executed and a few improvements were made to the old installation (re-routing of drain pipe, better placement of electrical switch, etc). The staff was polite and nice to deal with.

They have always treated me right and never tried to sell me anything. They have a technician come and do the yearly check. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I would recommend them highly. McConnell knows what he is talking about and is a no nonsense fellow. I would continue using him in future.
