Mattresses
The bed was priced fairly, but $80 for the mattress protector and the $60 delivery charge seem steep. The purchase was smooth; getting it delivered was a challenge. They don't schedule deliveries after about 2:30pm, so if you work, you have to wait for Saturday. They're very good about calling the day before delivery and then calling ahead of the actual delivery. My bed had some black smudges and the manager, Ellen, made sure I had a replacement at my convenience.
