LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT

I went to go get my refrigerator for me and my daughter on November 24, 2018 and I was supposed to get them delivered on December 31, 2018, which it was not. I was promised continuously that it would be delivered the next day within the next few hours. I still don't have a refrigerator. The manger said he didn't have time for me when I went in to get information on my order.My refrigerator is scheduled to come on January 17th, 2019. I called the head quarters and was told that my local Lowe's will be in touch to make adjustments on the price.

The deliveries were a not at all per schedule and basically had to be at Lowes convenience, the schedule provided at the time of signing was not followed, the contractor picked by Lowes was a shamble, the supervision that was suppose to be provided by Lowes was non-existent What should have started in July 16 and completed in September 16, changed to start in August 16 and complete October 3, 2016. Work started in August as scheduled and completed finally March 28, 2017. Lowes was very apologetic and that's all, no offer to reimburse for damages caused or excess cleaning due to the negligence of the contractor, just a " well its looks beautiful and we are sorry you had to go thru that".

I will never use them again and I warn everyone to not use there instillation service.  We had to go into the store 4 times to get the doors ordered.  That should have been a warning to us.  However, it seemed convenient to have them handle everything.  Not the case they have been to my house 3 times now trying to get the doors correct so that they can pass inspection.  The crew was never on time.  We pointed out that the doors didn't close right.  They told us they fixed it. It didn't pass inspection ( they never even looked at the plans).  The person they sent out the 3rd time told me that the doors were installed wrong.  He called his boss and when he came the next day to do it right  the boss showed up the the guy who installed them wrong and he tried to convince the other employee how what he did was right.  Then she tried to convince me it was ok.. her employee would not confirm this and I spent yet another day at home while they redid the doors.  I have another inspection on friday.  When I spoke to Lowes they told me I needed to work it out with the contractor.  no help at all

.It was a nightmare. It took a year and a half to get the city guy to sign off on them.

They are prompt, careful, and spend time to get your service correct.  I very impressed with them!

Men came in and removed and disposed of the old carpet. They removed and replaced a shelf and cleaned up afterwords. They stayed dedicated to the task until it was completed, and did an excellent job.

After installation the screens did not fit well, and the movable panes were loose and operated with much difficulty. The windows did not seem to be the same as the ones we saw at the store; they looked cheaper. Over the next 14 months we had a series of missed appointments and service visits where they did not have the correct parts. They replaced the screens twice, and they still don t fit well. Two of the fixed panes cracked because the installation was too tight, and it took three visits to replace them; they brought the wrong glass for one of the windows twice! The final result is acceptable, but just barely. I will not use Lowe's or Yale Ogron for this kind of installation again.

Nice selection of fans, good prices. Installation was smooth.

I FEEL THAT LOWE'S DOES A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE RELIABLE BUT NOT PUNCTUAL. EVERY TIME WE HAVE CALLED THEM FOR SERVICES, THEY COME WITH NO HESITATION. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY WHO DOES EXCELLENT WORK.

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH LOWE'S WAS AVERAGE BUT I FELT THE INSTALLER WAS SUPERIOR. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUPER NICE. I FEEL THE CABINETS FIT TOGETHER AND LOOK BEAUTIFUL.
