They do quality work but they are expensive. They provide a car for you if your car isn’t ready. They didn't have the part so there was delay for 4 days.

The salesman was okay. The manager, or the person responsible for the sales price, was rude, and condescending. The reasons being so was to avoid transparency.
When the salesperson offered to reduce the lease price of the car, I got another call from the management refusing to budge off the original offer.
Furthermore when I attempted to get leasing details and information, I was told only finance would do that. Finance being the office where the lease of sale was finally done. Therefore, I was not privy to the interest rate, cap reduction, etc, etc, until I actually went for the final purchase.
i also mentioned I was in a hurry. Car prep and delivery kept me in the showroom for over 3 hours.

Lexus of Pembroke processed 4 (four) separate credit inquiries in the completion of a single, personal, new vehicle lease transaction, and each one of those is a ding to my credit. I have very good credit and it was not anything to do with my score - for some reason, Lexus of Pembroke runs the inquiry under 4 (four) different entity names, and each one appears as a separate request for credit by me. The dealer did confirm that all the inquiries were in connection with my one transaction, but several emails to the finance manager questioning the practice, I got a reply "I will get back to you..." and it never happened. This is unfortunate because other than this no-so-small issue, I was satisfied with the transaction.

I have been going there for 5 years. I keep going back, because they take care of me and take care of my car. I went in about 2 months ago for an oil change. They have a waiting room or they can give me a loner car too if it is going to at more than an hour. There is a man who I work with there, his name is John Steigle. He is my service manager and I have nothing, but great things to say about him.

I arrived late for my appointment yet they still took me immediately. Andre, the service rep was thorough and friendly. He showed me the facility which includes a free cappuccino and bagel bar, manicures, business center, all free of charge. They were done in the hour and a half promised. My car came back to me washed and good to go. Definitely a positive experience. I wouldn't go to another Lexus dealer although others are closer.

It was stressful trying to figure out what leaked in my car. When the problem was determined the car was taken car of for
interior water damage and moonroof replaced. Quite a pricey proposition. This Lexus dealership has always been very
meticulous about auto repair and customer service. Provides free loaner car while service being performed. I have a 1965

I didn’t pay anything since it was covered under warranty. They were very accommodating. They showed no reluctance and tried to satisfy my concerns about the battery. They replaced the battery right away and I got the car back on the same day itself.

I chose the Lexus collision center to repair my car after an auto accident. After 5 trips back to Lexus, it is still not right. Only because I carefully photographed and documented all of the damages myself, was I able to demand the corrective repairs. Some of the damage to my vehicle was actually caused by this body shop. I will be taking my car to another body shop to have the remaining repairs completed, but it has been a tremendous hassle dealing with Lexus. I will not take my vehicle there again and I certainly would not recommend them.

We decided to purchase a newer Toyota because my old Corolla wagon was no longer reliable. We were expecting a new baby. I decided on the Rav4 because I could get in and out of it with my expanding belly, and I don't like the 'soccer mom "van" ' clich . I looked on the blue book website with a 500 mile search radius and found that the Miami area had the best deals on used vehicles. Because I was not familiar with the area and because I was afraid to purchase a vehicle with flood damage, I decided to stick to what seemed to be the more reputable dealerships. I also wanted a vehicle with no more than 30,000 miles, ideally one owned by an elderly couple. Lexus of Pembroke Pines had a Rav4 they wanted to get off their hands. It was $2,000 less than any other advertised price on the website and it had more options for a vehicle of the same year with the same mileage. Jon Whitney, the Internet Sales Manager, was just as pleasant over the phone as in person. Four years later I still think that buying our Toyota Rav4 from Jon at Lexus of Pembroke Pines was the best decision we could have made. Everything was upfront and straightforward, and I am so glad we drove the over 200 miles from Gainesville, Florida to the southern region of Miami to purchase our Rav4 L series.
