KCR Home inspection provided a home inspection of my home prior to the purchase of the home. During the time of the inspection I had to point out multiple items for the inspector to look at and I consistently had to ask if he was going to look at certain things because he was explaining to me that he was finishing up but he still hadn't looked at several things I thought were important. Once the report was written it noted several deficiencies none of which pertained to mold or water damage. After taking ownership of the home, we removed baseboards and flooring which led to detecting mold and water damage. Therefore, I was extremely unhappy with KRC's quality of service. When I asked the inspector why he didn't discover any of these issues during the inspection, he indicated that he didn't feel he needed to look at those types of issues. I have worked with many other inspectors in the past that have done a much more thorough inspection. I would strongly advise not using KRC for home inspection needs because I felt they did not do a thorough inspection which led to me discovering multiple issues after my home purchase. I would suggest to have a mold test done by a certified mold company not a home inspector in the future. This would have saved me a substantial amount of money. My overall experience dealing with Ken from KRC was a very unpleasant situation where I did not get very much support from KRC and I was extremely unhappy with their level of service.

Ken from KRC  arrived early and proceeded to do perhaps the most thoroughhome inspection I have seen done in the past 15 years. Normally I can catch things the inspectormisses, but with KRC , we got a very thorough and lengthy report with tons of pictures. I can onlywish all inspectors were as good asKen.
