Chris Pressly was a dream to work with. He answered all of my questions during the entire process and I'm a tough customer. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. He made sure to establish a repor with the neighbors as to not disturb anyone & was mindful of cleaning whatever area of where he was working. He is professional, fair, honest & funny. A joy to know. This project adds more than 800 sq ft of floor space to my home. Some of this is garage, but almost 475 sq ft is my new wood shop. While I've never tried a project this big with my own money before, Chris always made sure I was comfortable with progress, execution, and results. He was enthusiastic about my project and showed a sincere interest in doing it right while demonstrating a clear understanding of the need to balance cost, schedule, and scope. I have 30+ years experience managing projects for the government, and I was quite happy to have Chris manage my project for me. No project is ever 100% perfect, but this one comes darned close!

Pressley did everything they said they would in less time than promised. The employees were very trustworthy, courteous and helpful answering all our questions. Their concern was that we were happy every step of the way on our remodel. It turned out beautiful. We plan to hire them for other projects in our home. I have already recommended Chris and his folks to coworkers.

I would use him again

3 week kitchen turned into 9 weeks (all attributed to our change and shipping time?) After our change we did not get a detailed design and this caused problems. My wife became angry and Chris only came to the project one time after that; communicating through his workers. Our breakfast bar has a panel that does not match the cabinets; a piece of wood trim was pieced together leaving a large gap. At the end of the project Chris called me while I was at work and cursed me saying, ?What the $% do I have to do to get out of this %$ job?? I am finishing the project myself. Poor customer service, ?Contractor? was always right.

Chris was a pleasure to work with; he was on time foe appointments and the work was finished on time. I am vey pleased with the result and would happily reccomend Pressley Bldg & Renovations,LLC. CB

Very prompt with the response to my initial inquiry placed through Service Magic. I received a bid within 24 hours after he visited my home. The bid and contract were professionally detailed and was much less than another contractor. My plumbing was rather complicated but they figured it out. The tile work was amazing and my bathroom looks fantastic!! I have already asked Chris to bid on more projects- very easy to work with!

PBR did a very good job with my recent bathroom remodel. They gave me a NEW room for my older home. Chris hires qualified workers who really know their craft. The price was well within the acceptable range. Two items to be aware of are: pricing for the job was not well delineated and, Chris would do well to listen more and guide,not replace, the buyer in regard to the customer's plans and desires for the job.

Chris accomplised all he said he would do in the time estimated. He, Robert, and Heime all did excellent work and made sure we were happy with the final product.
