I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation for Mr. Gustavo Arganaraz, owner of KHOOLEX AIR CONDITIONING Co. in Hollywood, Florida for going beyond expectations, for providing me with exceptional customer service. After I informed Mr. Arganaraz that the air conditioner was malfunctioning, he promptly arrived at my home the next day to assess the situation. They returned the next morning and worked diligently to ameliorate the problem. When it was to pay the bill, it was unbeknown to me that I was entitled to an appreciable discount. Mr. Arganaraz exemplified many admirable qualities that one can only "aspire", honorableness, trustworthiness, reliability, conscientiousness, workmanship, integrity and individual attention to details and mastery of his craft. His family and friends must be so proud of him. Mr. Gustavo Arganaraz deserves more than and beyond 5 stars.
