Keys Plus Locksmith

My initial contact by phone was answered quickly in a friendly professional manner. When I went into their store Alicia greeted me promptly also in a helpful friendly fashion. As the store did not have my remote key fob in stock instead of making me return another day to pick it up-Alicia actually walked to their supplier to obtain it. She returned, programmed the remote, and sent me on my way very happy. Their store looks like it has an excellent quality selection of padlocks, door locks, etc in varying price ranges. I definitely plan to use their services again.

Made an appointment for my daughter to take her Honda Accord to Keys Plus Locksmith, 2832 Stirling Rd Suite G, Hollywood, FL 33020. It is just west of I-95 on the south side of Sterling Road in a shopping center with a red roof. The owner Alicia and her daughter were ready to go on time to cut and reprogram our new keys/remotes. My daughter said they very nice and had a waiting room where she could watch her favorite show, Law and Order. I checked the keys and remotes out when my daughter returned home and they worked perfectly. There was no problem or issues with service or quoted price, which by the way was a hundred dollars LESS than the dealership and twice as fast! I sure wish every business in South Florida operated as professionally and politely as Alicia's Keys Plus Locksmith. Good place to take care of my auto and home keys and locks.

Everything was perfect.  They arrived exactly on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem.  They appear to be very honest, as I was willing to purchase an entire new door lock and handle - but the service man told me it wasn't necessary.  The problem was with the key.  He fixed the key and then made me four extra ones, using the key machine in his van.  He was very pleasant and helpful, and I feel the cost was quite fair.
