Mark was a no-show. He was to come by my house on 7/20 to inspect and perform his preventative service, so he knew he was going to get some money. He never showed. I called multiple times, emailed. He never answered or responded. Still a week later - no explanation. I had him perform the inspection my house I was buying 4 years ago is why I reached out to him. I contacted those that were involved in my home purchase to find out that they no longer use him because he is very unprofessional and unreliable. I am glad this happened before the initial service, because I know that he wouldn't have maintained the yearly required for the warranty. Go with a reliable established company, I did. The first year was wonderful he gotten rid of everything in our other home. He was suppose to come back the following year but waited an additional year. He explained that he now had some more help. It has been another 2 years and I called him to see if he was coming back. He said yes he was but I still haven't seen him. I have a new house and I wanted to call him because I like his process and it is wonderful. He hasn't been coming each year and I think he is expanding to quickly. The process he uses gets rid of all bugs in the house and when he does come he replaces the old insert with a new one. I had called several times to get him to come out but he hasn't. I would like to get in touch with him to treat the new house and I still have the other house that I would like to get treated again. He is very pleasant on the phone and agrees to get back with you but he hasn't on several times.

They came out the same day I called them and they didn't charge me.

It was a positive experience. He came, inspected and treated as promised. We have had no visible signs of termites since. We should be getting notification of our one year inspection soon. We plan on keeping up the renewable warranty which seems to be a fair price. UPDATE: We were never contacted by Jett Termite as promised for the one year inspection and renewable warranty. Now we have termites again, first noticed in a different place. I don't know whether he would have caught that had he kept his promise regarding follow up. Beware.

This company was recommended to me by a home inspection company. Mark took pictures, which were very clear. Everything was done in a timely manner, and he really did an in-depth investigation. They did an excellent job! I was very pleased.

Everything went well. Entire process from quote to clean-up was effortless; came in, did what he needed to do and left. And the owner is a really nice, honest guy.

The job went fabulous and the pricing was good. He was great.

Mark Jett was referred to me by our excellent house Inspector (Accurate Building Inspections). Above all, Mark is very service oriented. He is passionate about his work and has been killing termites in Florida for a long time. He has VERY reasonable prices and the quality of his work exceeds the competition. I got a quote from Guarantee Floridian for the same termites. Their quote for a complex spot treatment was $1,300. Mark's was $250 and he uses more effective chemicals and application technology. In addition, he treated a larger area of the house than the other guys were going to do and he guaranteed the work for a year (same as the other guys). Its not easy to find honest and service oriented professionals in the home services industry in South FLorida, but Jett Termite is a winner all the way.
