Permitting process was long..Gave deposit around may 15th and work wasnt completed until end of July. We live on canal so I know there is an extra permit time there. After the fence was installed I noticed that they didn't put the caps on the poles and I called & said I will pay after they are put on. But I didn't realize the final permit wasn't completed. The workers started on a Friday,(7-13-07)then on sat. Did everything but install the gate and clean up. The yard man had to come back to do my backyard another day because the mess was too much to mow around. The sales man came finally on 7-31-07 to install the caps and post the permit so it can be inspected. The city inspected it on 8-2-07. The workers didn't fill in the old holes and left some old poles broken at ground level. We moved fence about 2'closer to house. I am glad its done and over with. It looks nice!

WE RECEIVED THREE ESTIMATES AND THIS WAS THE LOWEST ONE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY DOUBLE CHECKED THEIR WORK. THEY WERE UNOBTRUSIVE AND EVEN GOT A PERMIT FOR US.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO ANY CHANGES OR QUESTIONS WE HAD. THEY HAD TO WAIT ON US TO GET THE NEW POOL FINISHED.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DO IS GOOD. THEIR PRICES AND RESPONSIVENESS IS AVERAGE, I WOULD SAY. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN TO FINISH UP ANOTHER PROJECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WHEN THEY GOT THE FENCE COMPLETED I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WAY IT LOOKED. THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT UP WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP LATE AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET DONE WITH IT.
