Assaf was beyond wonderful. He was so concerned about my situation and plight. He kept me informed and up-to-date on every important detail. This "act of nature" situation was definitely a terrible one. It was further compounded by the lack of compassion and professional courtesy from my now, former insurance company. Assaf and Invictus were there to assist an elderly woman (I am 84 years old) in this time of need. They are truly a great company.

Emergency plumbing services, leak detection and water & mold restoration was engaged as the water damages escalated when it was determined we had a leaking pipe well beneath the foundation of our home. Mold was discovered in the walls that effected just about every room. The entire existing tile and wood floor throughout the house needed to be replaced, kitchen lifted, drywall mold and a host of related issues led us to facing several months of inconvenience and a long battle with the insurance company wanting to settle for nowhere near what it will cost to get our house back to living conditions. Assaf quickly identified the discrepancies with the insurance companies settlement and engaged his resources for multiple appraisals and presented a comprehensive estimate to the insurance company that led to a favorable settlement that we are extremely pleased with. We would not have been able to go up against the insurance company without Assaf’s expertise and his thorough knowledge of the process while he kept out best interests in mind. Our final settlement came quickly and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish Assaf guided us through this painful process and would highly recommend his professional services. When my townhouse suffered water damage due to a pipe that was broken during roof repairs in my building, the flooding caused all kinds of damages: floors, kitchen, bathroom, ceilings, walls, etc. I had no idea how to deal with that situation, especially as a woman as it seems a man's world. I talked to friends and family and some attorneys that all advised me to be careful with adjusters in Miami for my liability insurance claim as they are "crooks".
