IGK WOOD DESIGN

This company and their numerous affiliates / aliases is a complete fraud.  Goes by several names: IGK is prefix to numerous entities (IGK DESIGN GROUP, IGK ENTERPRISES).  Also goes by TRI-COUNTY CONTRACTING, GOLD LEAF CONTRACTING, STATE CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS among numerous others.  Any affiliation with the names (GREG KOHN, GREGOR KOHN, ITZICK COHEN, ITZICK KOHN) are all actually the very same person.  "IGK" actually stands for Itzick Gregor Kohn.  We filed lawsuit for over $150,000 as a result of Greg fraudulently taking his company bankrupt, abandoning our job and not paying the sub-contractors who liened our home.  Greg also took draws specifically for expensive items such as doors, windows, air conditioning units but never ordered them so we had to buy them all over again.  Greg has been arrested several times for various charges.  Also be aware of his son Jordan Kohn.  Jordan has numerous companies that Gregor Kohn may or may not be working with/for.  Like his father Greg - Jordan has dissolved numerous companies over the years.  The only current "active" company name where Jordan is an officer is ALL AROUND BUILDER, INC.  I'm not saying that Jordan's companies are a scam too but Jordan was involved in the IGK scheme and was also named in our lawsuit.
