It was not great. It was a new service for me and the girl came in saying that she wanted to do the cleaning on her own; that was number one. Mostly it wasn't against the owner - it was against the girl who he sent, like she was trying to undermine him. Unfortunately, that didn't make me feel comfortable about the company at all. I can't blame everything on him because he can't control his employee and what she said. She was lazy; she wanted to get done quick and out of there. But then again, the main - let me change the way I'm grading this because he dropped her off and picked her up and I have a feeling he was pushing her to go quick. So I can't blame it all on her - some of it's on him - because you don't trust the people enough to like let them have their own car and come ... I don't know. The whole thing wasn't a good experience, truthfully.
