Description of Work: Only half the job was done, which I paid for in full and up front. He never came back to complete the job. Will not return my numerous phone calls.

+ -1 moreHe started the job and has never finished it. There are a lot of things that he said he would do that he didn't do. My deck is damaged and the gate is damaged as well. He's basically taken the money and disappeared. I've left him over 50 messages and can't get any response back.
Description of Work: I hired him to fix some hurricane damage.
