Kitchen went reasonably well, although the course nearly as much as custom-made cabinets.

They had to take out the carpet and level the floor. There was a lot of stuff to do in there because of the carpet, something goes wrong with all the floor. It was cement so they were working almost three weeks. The floor was pretty expensive because it was high quality. It was, like, 12mm laminate.

Worst experience I've had.  The store uses a delivery service that's completely unprofessional and unreliable - and doesn't care about customer complaints.  My appliances were delivered on time, but the installers said they couldn't install the refrigerator because of a necessary water shut-off valve.  I told them the valve is under the sink - as many are - but they said they can only install if the valve is behind the refrigerator!  It doesn't matter where the valve is - but they're "not allowed" to use it.  Makes NO sense.  There were other things they're "not allowed" to do, and it became a frustratingly stressful experience.  I called the store, but they were totally disinterested and offered no support.  While I was on the phone with the store, the installers left - with my appliances!  I never even saw them go.  In the end, we decided to just cancel the order and I'll buy the appliances elsewhere.I will never, ever, ever make any major purchase with Home Depot again!

We searched all over the greater Miami area to find the perfect tiles for our new condo.  We went to massive tile outlets and small tile boutiques and everything in-between including some other Home Depots.  Some places provided minimal design assistance, others were virtually oblivious to our existence.  At this wonderful Home Depot, we were given the royal treatment.  The fellow who helped us was not only very knowledgable about the inventory, he was extremely creative and went to great lengths to help us come up with an attractive, durable, affordable solution.  After preparing the floors, we returned to get his advice for the backsplash in our kitchen. By using very affordable tiles for the bulk of the space and what he called "bling" (small, relatively expensive glass tiles) for embellishment, we created a work of art.  Our contractor was so impressed that he has asked if he could show other clients our gorgeous kitchen.  Not only can he show it, he can tell them where to go to get their own, personalized design advice.  Ask for Neil.

I was very unsatisfied with their services, as they didn’t charge me as they had quoted earlier.  They have a system, which states once ordered we have to pay, irrespective of anything.  The installation was very shabby, too and they had to come 3 to 4 times, to correct their mistakes.  They were easily accessible and punctual for the job.  I will not use their services in future.

It is convenient, they have a large selection of items, and they are helpful.  If they don’t carry something, they can usually get it in within three or four days.  Their paint, Behr, is great.  Their kitchen and bathroom design center is great, they try to work with you, and they do a really good job of getting what you need.  They have what we need, the prices are reasonable, and they are really convenient.  There is always someone there that can help you.

Great. Store people were good. estimator was good and accurate. Floor installer (Guillermo Orjuela/ US installations) was phenomenal- showed up on time. worked for 12 hours straight by himself. Neat as a pin. Very meticulous with his carpentry work. Loved the job, floor looks great. Home depot called several times during the day to check in and make sure things were good - smart move, more people should do this. My ONLY criticism, is the floring people should have talked to us in more details about what to do with base boards. we didn't think ahead and luckily thought about it ahead enough to changed our order to add new baseboards. we don't install floors for a living so a little guidance on things to consider when picking flooring is helpful - like an owners, "don't forget checklist" or something. Overall good job by all. A perfect 10.

I believe they did a great job with installation. The sales department was great to deal with, and customer service was wonderful. You must pay the full amount in advance, and it took almost two weeks before the carpet was even shipped down from out of state, and then at that time, they set you up for installation. The wait was another two weeks. Otherwise, I am happy with my carpet.

Bad experience at the store. Salesman was rude and not knowledgeable. Complained to supervisor, who was great. No further problems, job done well.

I THINK THAT HOME DEPOT HAS A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPET. THEY HELPED US SELECT THE BEST CARPET FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY.

THEY WERE GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN, PUT DOWN THE CARPETS, AND LEFT. THEY DIDN'T MESS AROUND. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPET TO CHOOSE FROM. THE PRICE WAS DEFINITELY FAIR.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND GENEROUS. I WOULD REHIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
