They always give me decent service. I can’t think of anything that they can do to improve. I also used to work for Home Depot, so I know their policies and procedures and they follow them pretty good. They should improve their stock levels. I go to three different Home Depots because I can’t buy everything that I want from one.

The top portion of the vanity in the beginning was not right so we had to reorder. Things got delayed while doing so but of course they corrected everything. They wanted me to take the part that would not fit and try and make it work and we didn’t think that was good. They did a good job in putting some vertical blinds in the living room, family room and the kitchen. They put in ceramic floors in our bedroom too. We would use them for something’s in the future but not everything. They were more expensive than another place for putting in plantation shutters. But, if we had to get our blinds from the other place then they would have charged us more than what Home Depot would have charged us. So, we should be shopping around and getting the best prices.

NO ONE SHOULD EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM. THEY DIDN'T LAY THE CARPET DOWN PROPERLY. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THERE WAS AN OBVIOUS FLAW IN THE MIDDLE. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD WORK ITSELF OUT, BUT IT DIDN'T. IT TOOK SIX WEEKS TO COME BACK AND DO IT RIGHT.
