I paid my premium in full on March 3rd. On July 7th I called to get my claim. That same day, they had a company come out in order to do the work. Since I wasn’t able to have the work done at that exact time, I wanted to re-schedule. A few days later, that same company came out to do the work again. The company was having a hard time contacting their office to get the secure payment/authorization to begin the work, so they told me that I had to pay the payment myself, then get reimbursed by Home Choice Plans. I attempted to contact Home Choice myself, and I was able to get into contact with someone. They were supposed to call me back, but nobody ever did. Around the 15th, I did get into contact with someone, and was referred to a manager. I left a voicemail. I’ve just been leaving voicemails since then with no response.
