Just a few days ago we used Jonathan from Hollywood Sprinklers Inc. VERY satisfied with his service. Good communication and fair price. He needed to order a new pump and kept us updated by text when it would be in and when he would return. While he was there he checked the system and adjusted heads and even replaced a few at no extra charge. Jonathon will be my new go to sprinkler guy.

What a great company, wasn’t able to get anyone to return my texts or calls in a timely manner until,Hollywood Sprinklers reached out and asked me to send him a photo of the main near the timer. Once he received photo he instructed me an elderly woman how to go about finding the right valve to shut off. What a life saver until he was able to get out and do repair within a couple days. We were given a senior discount on our bill which I thought was a great touch. Would highly recommend this company. We will use for any future needs.

It went smoothly. It was obvious the 42 year old pump needed to be replaced. A survey was done of my sprinkler system and I probably need all the heads replaced as well. That will be done in a few weeks.

Fantastic customer service. After getting quotes from a number of other professionals in the area, Hollywood Sprinklers was the best, and the work was superb. Johnathan is the consummate professional in every respect! He is cordial, clear, accommodating, honest, very respectful of your time, with great attention to detail. The job ended up being bigger than was estimated, but he went above and beyond to ensure that it was completed on time and to spec, absorbing the extra cost in materials and manpower. I contacted Hollywood Sprinklers when I realized the pump was not pulling any water from the lake. Jonathan knew exactly what the problem was from my description, gave an accurate estimate, and communicated clearly when the work could be done. He arrived exactly when he said he would, repaired everything and explained how the pump was now set up to run. I am very happy with his work and will contact him again for any sprinkler issues I have.

Ok. I was charged too much for a simple job. The part was approximately $20 and I was charged $250. Even with the Angie's discount ($50) the charge was too much!

Johnathan, was excellent. He stayed in constant contact leading up to the repairs. Walked through what he saw as the problems, gave me and quote and did the work then. He also made suggestions and provided a quote for upgrading when I was ready. I was very impressed with his professionalism and obvious value he places in his customers.

I called on Thursday Morning 10/18/18 and was connected to the owner of the business immediately. Jonathan came by the house later that day to look at the job and take some pictures. Over the weekend he drew up a written estimate and emailed it to me. They came out Monday afternoon 10/22/18 to do the work. All work was completed in a timely manner by Jonathan and his assistant, Marcel. They proceeded to check out the rest of the system for any other issues. They cleaned some sprinkler heads and noted other sprinklers that may need future work. (I do most of my own sprinkler repairs), "Our goal is long relationship’s, honesty, integrity and trust between our clients." This line is in the description of the business and caught my eye. It is true. It was an absolute pleasure to work with professionals, Hollywood Sprinklers, INC. (Jonathan). I will recommend them to any/all my neighbors that need sprinkler work. all work

Jonathan was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected what was done wrong by another sprinkler contractor. Also recommended a plumber to address water pressure to our home. All in all, was really pleased with his service - couldn't ask for more.

Excellent all around end to end service. I requested an estimate via Angie's List. Jonathan replied very quickly (in fact, almost immediately), recollecting that he had worked at our property once several years back and recounted several details of our irrigation system. He scheduled a time to come by and provided an estimate. Subsequent when I was ready to move forward, he stated that he had some immediate challenges due to an employee out sick. Nonetheless, he kept me appraised proactively of his schedule availability (I didn't need to keep calling and reminding him). He performed the work above and beyond. In addition to the agreed upon work, Jonathan and employee reviewed and corrected other irrigation issues on the property, even replacing several heads at no incremental cost. He also, explained in detail the work that was performed and offered to show me how to perform routine maintenance by myself. I reached out to him a week or so afterwards, I had a question about my irrigation system which was not directly related to the work, he replied to my text quickly and provided a response to my question.

Called to assess water tank that was not feeding into sprinkler system and overall water pressure. Johnathan was extremely efficient and professional. He showed me how there was not a problem with water pressure but rather a problem with the actual heads of the sprinklers that had accumulated sediment. I did not tell him we had two other sprinkler companies come out and did not improve anything. He saw they had placed a bad tubing with no check valve on the water tank that was the root of the issue. He changed everything out then assessed all the sprinklers and fixed their spray and radius. Very rare to find somebody knowledgeable and able to put it into practice. Highly recommend.

Jonathan communicated when he would be able to come. He arrived as he had said. He did the diagnostic and repair same day. He also was able to fix another issue we had even that was not the main reason we called him. Excellent customer service, great work and reasonable price. Will definitely use him again as we continue working on our home improvement project.

Perfect. I first contacted Hollywood Sprinklers when the owner was on vacation. They stated when they would get back to me, which they did. They honored every time they said they would be there and were flexible when my HOA didn't have the water shut off in time. Everything went without a hitch. I had a preconceived notion of what was needed and that is not always what is required. We went over what I wanted done and they explained a preferred method of doing the project. They quoted the job and immediately proceeded to make the repairs. By listening to them and letting them do things the right way vs. my way they came in under the quote and probably saved me hundreds vs. my plan. I recommend Hollywood Sprinklers, have used them for over 5 years and will use them every and any time I have an issue regarding my irrigation systems. I also recommend that anytime you have them come to your home or business, lay out what your needs are and by all means they will always listen to your thoughts. However, they are professionals and they know how to do the job at hand and can probably save you time, money and provide a much superior out come.
