I phoned Mr. Sims and he was able to come out the very next day. He arrived right on time. He went to work and inventoried my purchase for the front door only to find out that the box had been discreetly opened and a piece was indeed missing. Luckily, he had a replacement in his van. After finishing the front door, he reminded me to keep the receipt and description since the manufacturer offered a free lifetime warranty and in his experience, they did readily honor that warranty. He moved on to the garage door and after finishing made sure I was aware of how differently this lock worked so I would not lock myself out. Mr. Sims asked if I needed additional keys made, which he did right on the spot. A time saver by me!
Mr.Sims was very professional and friendly offering tips and even took time to answer a neighbors door hinge question by phone. I would use his services again without a doubt and recommend him to my neighbors without hesitation!

It went very well. Hank was knowledgable about our existing locks and the locks we were considering purchasing. In the end, we took his advice (which was also the less expensive option) and re-keyed our locks instead of purchasing new. We are happy.

Did whatever was necessary to make one key open all 8 external locks on my house. I had had one key that opened the front door and no keys for the rest of the house's doors.

Hank is very professional, knows what he's doing and very pleasant. He was going to re-key the locks on our fence, but once he got it open, he realized that the lock was broken. He said he would see if he could find the lock, and get back to me the next day. I decided not to change the fence locks right now, and he said it was no problem. He promised that he would let me know about the fence locks,and he called just when he said he would. He's very professional and seems very good at his job.

Spoke with Hank Sims. Confirmed his licensing, bonding and experience. Explained problem to him with details about the safe. We were not able to get into the safe. Had to wait 2 days before meeting at an agreeable time, but it was not an emergency. He installed the new locking device as indicated. He performed the service quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Locksmith was there early and handled the re-keying in a quick and professional manner. Provided me with enough keys for us and an extra one. Extremely well-mannered and kind. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with his service. I got him on the phone on the first try to set up the appointment, which was for the next day. He arrived right on time. I just moved into a new house, so I needed 14 locks re-keyed in total. He charged me $10 per lock plus $65 for the service call (total of $205). I had two locks that were not working properly including one lock which required lots of effort to close the door. He fixed both locks at no additional charge. He exceeded my expectations completely. I would highly recommend him.
