H&R All Maintenance LLC

I orginally hired H&R maintenance due to leak in the upstair shower that was causing a leak in our kitchen ceiling and to fix a door that was hanging low and dragging. Ray appeared to fix everything correctly so I paid him not only what he asked but gave him a tip as well for his time and services. Shortly after he left the ceiling starting leaking again and we started getting another leak from the AC upstairs causing damage to the ceiling in the garage. I called Ray back to correct the kitchen and fix the AC and ceiling in the garage. He left the house after my wife paid him, she didn't know any better, and the kitchen still wasn't fixed and the AC was leaking now more than ever causing a larger leak in the garage. I called Ray back and got no answer, texted and still no answer, so I canceled the check and let Ray know. I immediately got a call back and he said he could be out Monday to fix. So now I have to take another day off work so he can address issues that should have been taken care of on Friday when he was here; I had to take off work that day too. Ray said he addressed everything and if I had any issues going forward he would correct. I even over paid again to cover the canceled check fee he was going to be assessed. Now a week later I'm having all the same issues, kitchen ceiling is leaking, ceiling in the garage is peeling and looks horrible. Called Ray and was told he couldn't do anything for another week and that it wasn't really his problem due to the fact that I "found everything in a satifactory manner before he left" How was I supposed to know water was still leaking and would come through the new drywall in a week. Just beware of using Ray or his company for his services going forward. Pics are of what my house currently looks like after paying Ray and his company more than $750 for his services. He also threatened to call the police and child services on me after I posted a negative review on Nextdoor.com
