Great, Mike and Ray came out, did a comprehensive check of my system. They were careful, and professional. They made recommendations, and we're very honest.

Everything was great! They came in very quick, friendly and the price is affordable.

They are the nicest guts and are right on tip of everything. They know what they are doing. They'll come out anytime.

They're reliable. The technician ran a little bit late but he gave me a call prior to that which I really appreciated it. He was very responsible. I would refer him to anyone.

I've used them more than once. They are our go-to provider. They're incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issue and what/why it has to be changed. They teach you preventative measures and how to maintain the system. They're quick and efficient. They take the time to clean up after themselves, I was just very impressed.

As I indicated above HAC did a good job. It took a while to get all the ducks in a row, but that was due to delays by Old Republic. I probably would not have chosen this company. They don't have the kind and number of positive reviews I usually like to see. But, all in all, they did a good job. The price below was our out of pocket expense for items not covered by Old Republic. It includes a new unit (undoubtedly the cheapest they could get away with), preparation of the site, hauling away the old unit, and installing the new unit. This time the home warranty paid for itself many times over.
