Arrived late for pickup and delivery. Items were not wrapped/protected as expected and quoted on bill. Price originally quoted was modified with new form provided at delivery location which stated "Revised Written Estimate" and "New Visual Binding Estimate". Detailed list was provided to mover prior to pickup. Numerous Items (furniture and accessories) never made it on the truck. Left behind 800 miles away. Notified mover by email that items were not loaded, received NO RESPONSE. When delivering furniture, wood floors were scratched from moving furniture. improperly.

I have called grove stars for a quote, they were very helpful and friendly, as I called 2 days before my move, they fit me in their schedule. I have received a call 24 hours prior to my move date to confirm everything, and the person I talked to was very professional and nice. Their even showed up on time, foreman was great, he explained me everything before they started, and they did a really good job. They packed everything perfectly all my goods arrived safe and sound. They were fast and very helpful.

I was quoted one thing and I got charged another. I was quoted like 200 and some dollars but I got charged about a thousand. It started raining and they couldn't move our stuff so they just parked the truck and they just waited. They were parked in front of our house and they weren't doing anything. They said that the stuff would get all wet. The employees were courteous and I didn't have any problems with them individually because they're nice people. However, when it comes to business, business is business and they didn't do a good job. They broke an antique table. They left gouges in the wall. They got my couch dirty. They broke another piece of furniture. It was awful. When it first started, they were quick but then we saw they sat around and they broke stuff. They were punctual. If they could have stuck with their pricing, that's one way they could have been better. They could have been more careful. The biggest thing was to stick with the price they quoted.
