Flooring
He laid the floor in the bedroom closet and hallway, but not the landing. And he did not finish the job, the closet doors are still off, and none of the base boards have been put back up. I have tried to get a hold of him, and he has not called back, and he left tools here. Unfortunately, I had paid in full.
