Rental home poorly maintained. In spite of pictures displaying a lovely home in a tidy neighborhood. When the tenants vacated, I found: Windows broken, AC broken, roof overhang damaged by rats, roaches, piles of trash, plumbing in disrepair, and a destroyed refrigerator and stove. There is more, just going to spare you the rest of the details.
Description of Work: They managed a property that I own.
