Outstanding. I contacted the company on a Saturday morning and described the problem via the phone. Brian (the owner) was very helpful and took the time to discuss the problem with me via the phone and described several possible things that could be the problem. Discussion via the phone and instructions offered defined the problem as a pump issue and not an electrical failure. They could not come that day due to full work schedule. They came first thing the following Monday morning and checked for the problem. They called me at work and gave a full description of the problem and offered two courses of repair action and costs. There was no pressure to accept either offer; just gave good, professional advice. I made a choice and equipment was installed three days later. Delay in installation was due to a full work schedule (no surprise in South Florida).
Description of Work: Removal of inoperable pool pump and motor. Installation of new pool pump and motor; complete check to ensure proper operation of new pump and motor via timer.
