We had a horrible experience. They completely ripped us off. They sold us a broken unit and refused to replace or repair it. They are an internet company. The box that it arrived in was fine, but the parts inside were broken. They took forever to get back to us. Their warranty is written in such a way, as they basically don't have to do anything if something goes wrong. We think they are getting parts that are broken and sending them out as new parts. They send out little pipes for replacement. They would not take the unit back so the credit card company couldn't help us. They look up and up on the internet, but the whole system is screwy. They sell you units cheaper than HVAC can buy them for and you are supposed to be able to install them yourself. We had to buy a new unit and that one is sitting in our garage. The whole ordeal drug on for months and months. Their price was about the same as everyone else. They don't provide servicing. We had a certified installer deal with them and they wouldn't do anything.
