Beware !!! Dishonest cheats !!! My BMW car was taken to German Car Depot for repairs on two occasions but unnecessary work was done , they charged a lot of money and the original car problem that the car was brought in for remained. The owner Alan also refused to give me the original computer test report as he was trying to hide the truth of the repairs that my car actually needed so he could charge extra money for unnecessary repairs. BMW repair center confirmed that unnecessary work was done, the car was not repaired, and it was in even worse and much more dangerous condition than it would have been before the supposed repair. The owner, Alan, and his management were informed of the problems that remained with the car. Initially, they promised to refund the money spent on the "repairs", but then the owner hid from me for months impossible to reach, and then refused the refund with a very harsh and nasty attitude. I am mortified at the disregard to customer safety that this company has and shocked that they would then mistreat their customers with abusive language when complaints are raised. This company is very shady and extremely disappointing !!! Do not trust this company, they will cheat you without hesitation! Stay away for your own safety and peace of mind!

Great garage for all of your European car maintenance and repairs. Great service, knowledgeable staff. They tell you exactly what is wrong and what you need to fix it. They don't try to push any unnecessary things on you. Always a pleasure to do business with them.

I have a Jaguar that has been out of warranty for a year. I preform repairs on my other vehicles and resore antique automobiles.... yes, I am a car nut. But I know the limits of my abilities, the lack of specialized tools and training, require a professional to service and repair modern and quot;exoticand quot; automobiles. The dealer was charging rediculous prices and recommending unessesary maintenanace. Foreign Car of Hollywood got good reviews here on Angies List, so I decided to give them a try. It was just routine maintenance, but a good facility with good equipment was the first sign of a quality operation. I was very pleased with the friendly, professional, service at a reasonable price. Thats all I can ask for and I am very pleased. I will certainly return next time I need maintenance on this car. I highly recommend Foreign Car of Hollywood.

Called them up and they told me to come in (it was morning).  They had it done by the afternoon.  Quick and easy.

He did over $2,000.00 of work for us and it was worth every penny. It was done professionally and we felt extremely comfortable and would definitely recommend this guy. He is super conscientious. It would have cost a lot more to go somewhere else.

There are not too many skilled technicians around that can actually repair a car this age and the car is very precious to me so finding a new place was crucial. I have had some bad experiences in the past so I really was very afraid and doubtful that I could find someone trustworthy and reliable. I was "testing the waters" to see if they could handle something this simple for starters. Well I spoke with Ross and he was very friendly and accommodating to get the parts by the time I would have arrived so that I could sit and wait for the car as it was being repaired. The garage and waiting area were immaculate! I believe that says a lot about a repair shop especially for a first impression on a first visit. Gloria, the office manager, was very friendly and accommodating as well. I must say, they were all friendly and most importantly they did the work properly and in a timely manner. I requested to see the old parts that they had removed from the car and they had also accommodated that request as well. They also explained what my old parts had looked like and why. I really appreciated that too. What Ross quoted me was exactly what I paid. There were no surprises and I really appreciated that more than I can say. They were great. On time, explained everything they did, and were very efficient. Much less expensive than going to the dealership, and they are an authorized service center (which was important in order to keep my warranty).

They took the car quickly and were able to get the work done in 24 hours. Good price and friendly mechanics. No complaints.

Whether I've had issues with my air conditioning, transmission or convertible problems, Ross has been quick to diagnose and give me a nails on estimate of the cost.

They are terrific. They are very good. They appeared to be honest. They had the car fixed timely. I would use them again.

I came to know about German Car Depot by local search and they had a bunch of stars next to their business name. I contacted them about my car. They gave me very good prices and they did an excellent work. This one was a larger service. Shifter cable of my car broke and they had to remove few things off to replace it. They had to replace the entire cable because the cable comes as one full assembly as apposed to just a one little piece that I needed. They seemed to be honest. I was proud of myself on knowing about what I am getting in to. They did not try to sell me anything more than what I needed. When we bring the car in for service, they do a full check on everything. They will give you a list of things that they noticed was wrong with the car along with the price showing next to it. As they are repairing the car, they will call you into the shop area to show you exactly what they are talking about. They made me aware that I know what the issue was with the car, and I even had the broken piece in my hand. They even confirmed me that the piece was sold as only one full assembly. They do all through a free Wi-Fi inside their office, so you can catch them while working if you bring your laptop while waiting. I liked everything about them. I do not have any complaints. They have a nice staff. They finish the work in less time than they tell you. I would definitely use their service in the future too.
