The guys at Genesis were very professional from the sign up process thru drying, demolition and clean up. They took the time to explain how water damage remediation is done and the process. Once they started they were on time, set our expectations, answered questions and worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. All the different team members were on task and professional which isn't always what you get when you have a variety of workers in the house. Excellent job with everything.
Given the situation of my house being flooded, I'm very happy with the services received. Hopefully we don't have to use them again, but if we have another issue, I know who to call.
