They have absolutely wonderful service. They were prompt and their price was good as well. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. They were there on time and stayed the entire day until the job was finished. They cleaned up their own mess and left nothing for us to clean up. They even came back a week later to check that everything was working properly and we were happy.

The responding technician had an issue determining the proper setup configuration for using the Honeywell Prestige IAQ thermostat with my Trane system.  Mr. Garrison, the owner of the company promptly responded to my home the next day and had the system up and running within a few minutes.  My A/C is working as desired and I'm happy with he service.  Lorraine was also helpful initially with contacting Trane to ensure that the job was possible.  She ordered the needed part and set up the install on the date I wanted.  Trane systems are a little complex and I believe the technician wasn't experienced with the system.  He worked diligently in trying to remedy the situation.

This company does everything right. We had spoken to many of the highly rated companies here on Angie's List, including Ed Helms, Lindstrom, Sansone, Accutemp, and Champion. I have nothing negative to say these companies, but I will tell you that Garrison is a cut above the rest, which makes me wonder why others haven't discovered this yet. Bob Garrison, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to us about what he recommended and how the installation would be done. We learned more from him than all of the other companies put together, and he does not do a hard sell. Being a mechanic as well as an expert AC technician, we knew that Bob's installation would be done correctly. Bob is very particular about how the installation is done, and requires his people to do it correctly. Installation can make the difference in the life of your unit and whether it achieves its intended energy efficiency. Many of the larger AC companies use inexperienced or junior technicians, or try to install 2 units per day, which Garrison does not do. The day of the installation, the Garrison technicians showed up exactly on time and worked hard all day. Before they were finished, they tested everything to make sure it worked correctly. The entire time they were here, they were exceedingly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and clean. Garrison is the epitome of great customer service, which is something one doesn't often find in S. Florida. Bob's wife even showed up to make sure everything was going well. I can't say enough great things about Garrison and I hope others will discover them.

We chose Garrison Mechanical because they are locally owned (Bob and Michelle Garrison) and very close to our neighborhood. When the installation work was inspected, inspector complimented the quality of the finished work. Needless to say we were very pleased.
