He wanted to sell us a new unit. This is not necessary and you just need a Gear and Sprocket kit which solves the problem and costs way less but is more work. I think he wanted to easily earn money.

My garage door would not close, so I called Garage, Etc. to come look at it.  After they came out they let me know that I needed a new motherboard.  Jeanie sent it out to me and they came and replaced it.

They did a good job, but the only glitch was that I needed to have a permit for the door, which cost me an extra $200.00.
