On the 12th day, still no phone call and the 800 number couldn't tell me anything.  I called the store.  They hadn't had a delivery but someone found a pallet of the tile which was there all along!  I picked up the tile myself because I could not afford any more delays.  Don't do this.This was so much work for a single woman. I needed to have the tile installed and the recommended company by Floor and Decor which was more expensive but supposedly comes a one year warranty.  I signed up.  The tilers did not show up on schedule, told me they did not have the tools to finish the work, and did not install the thresholds or complete the grout correctly.  I called the company several times all being told that they would call me back to schedule.  10 days later I called again and got the owner of the company.  He told me that he would have someone call right away to schedule.  A day later, I had an appt for a Saturday morning which is today.  The tiler just called me to tell me the owner has scheduled him on another job and he won't be able to come today.  He thought it was ok because he called.  This is not ok.  I cannot live in my own bedroom and the clothes from the closet are all over the house.  I have had to cancel entertaining and house guests.  I truly have never worked with any contractor who had such incredible disrespect for their customer.  The store customer service department who is to resolve these issues have been of no help.  They call every week and tell me they will call the owner.  The owner does not respond or lies when he says he will call me.  I had sent them pictures of the problem.  I've told them I want the problems fixed today but they just ignore it.

They are absolutely the best in town. They are fabulous. They have a designer and she worked for 3 hours and they don't charge for the designer service. The treatment that they give you is like rolls royce.
