EXCEEDED expectations across the board.  I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone.
One piece of advice I have for those applying for a loan:  Provide EVERY piece of information requested by Darlene and her team....they need it all. (example)  If the request is for ALL PAGES of your bank statement....provide them all, not just the summary.  This will help ensure that the process goes smooth for you.
