 + -1 moreEXCEEDED expectations across the board. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone. One piece of advice I have for those applying for a loan: Provide EVERY piece of information requested by Darlene and her team....they need it all. (example) If the request is for ALL PAGES of your bank statement....provide them all, not just the summary. This will help ensure that the process goes smooth for you.
Description of Work: My husband and I fell upon a fix-er-upper home that we loved. It was a for sale by owner. The owner insisted "no-agents" in order to purchase the home. Enter: Darlene DiMarco and her team from FEMBI (First Equity Mortgage Bankers, Inc.) We were so apprehensive about securing a loan and navigating the entire process from start to finish without a real-estate agent. Darlene, Patsy Campbell and the entire team over at FEMBI made the process seamless. They were extraordinarily professional and comforting during the excruciating process of securing a loan. There was not ONE single time where someone from their office did not return a phone call, or sooth our concerns in a timely fashion. As a matter of fact, due to their professionalism and expertise.....we closed on our home early!!!! I am sitting in my heart-house as I write this......and will always be grateful to Darlene and her team.
