Performed the job quickly and delivered as promised. No surprises!

I made an appointment for service via the internet. I was taken on time for my appointment. They changed the oil and oil filter. My wheel balancing and front end alignment were performed at no charge based on my previously purchased lifetime service agreements that I bought when I purchased my tires. It's so convenient to be able to get tires rotated, wheels balanced and front end alignments on a regular basis at no extra charge at the same time and place when my car needs other unrelated services. The service technicians began the work as soon as the service manager completed the work order. They also checked the tire pressure and added air that was needed. I will continue buying my tires from them as I have done for decades. They fix my flats for free. Before a road trip I stop by for a quick safety check of the tires and fluid levels, which they perform promptly at no charge. It puts my mind at ease before I begin my journey.

They were professional, courteous and offer me a quick solution to my problem. Young woman managing the front desk area was well informed and very professional. They fit me in within the hour and repaired my tire with no problems. I would go there again.

Called ahead, gave them my car make and model, received a quote over the telephone, arranged to come in first thing the next morning, was told it would take 45 minutes. When I arrived, they told me they don't stock the oil filter for my car, that it would take an extra 3 hours to get the filter to the shop, and that I would have to pay and extra $20 on top of the quoted price for the filter. How would you react in this situation? So I walked out. End of story.

The people at Firestone were very nice and helpful. Their work is reliable, prompt and I always get a reasonable price. I always feel I can trust them not to overcharge for things I do not really need,

Firestone is great for people in a hurry. They get you in right away and do the work quickly. I think their prices are very fair.

There were several problems here that disturbed me. They give you low estimates, they told me just the diagnostic price, then the bill included the labor cost which they did not include the estimate. The original estimate was $99 but $255 is what the final cost was with labor. They really misrepresented the fee, it was hidden and should have been told to me up front. The waiting time is very excessive, well beyond what they tell you. They have a problem with employees showing up, several times they have been short-handed. The day before New Year's I had an appt and no one was there and I waited for a half hour. Poor management to say the least. The information about the job should be provided I got no diagnostic report, just their interpretation of what I needed but they would not provide it. When they finished the job the check engine light was off but it is already back on again. Deception about waiting time and price, and they have leverage on you because your car needs fixed.
