Moving
When I spoke to the man who scheduled the move, he promised the men would show up at 12 noon. They did not come till 6pm. Then they told me that the third man who was with them was brought to make the move go faster and they told me I had to give him $40. These were three big men and I am a woman. I swear they surrounded me and frightened me. Then when we got to the new house, they told me that since it was so LATE, I would have to pay extra. (They were the ones that were six hours late!!!) When I booked the company, they said they would place the furniture in the rooms where they were. Because I refused to pay extra because it was now 9pm, they dumped (and I mean DUMPED) all the furniture in the living room, just threw it all in. The worst part for me, above and beyond the lateness, the rudeness, being pushed to pay an additional $40 for the extra man, was the fact that they were SCARY. I am not joking. These were big, tough men and they really were mean and nasty. When I called to complain and say what happened, the people on the phone were rude and could not have cared less. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY. I can't understand how they can still be in business.

Moving
Run from these people ! I spoke with Michael on the phone. He said storage was $65 per unit per month. He asked how long I was needing the storage. I told him " A couple of weeks but less than a month." He told me that I would have to pay for the entire month even if I don't use it. I told him I understood. I used 8 units for a cost of $520 per month. I moved in on September 26- I was charged $520 for the 5 days of September AND another $520 for the 16 days of October ! Additionally I was charged $520 for "Paper and packing materials" although 90% were boxes and I already paid them $120 at the move out to wrap the few pieces of furniture. I was also charged an additional $1040 for "in and out services". This was ON TOP of the $109 per hour I paid for the movers... $165 per hour overtime ! I ended up paying FIVE TIMES more than I was told on the phone... including two months rent for 21 days. I tried to talk to Joe about this and he refused to listen. I also asked for, in writing, ALL the "paper and packing" that I paid $520 for and received NOTHING ! NOTHING. Also, items were missing and a LOT was broken. Boxes marked "fragile" in large red stickers on every side were smashed. I have moved a LOT in my 56 years and NEVER experienced worse service and attitude. Joe even yelled at his mother when she suggested we "work something out." Stay away from this place !!!!
