I had Miele come out to service my dryer for overheating. They told me that my vent was clogged and they didn't provide that service so basically I was on my own. I contacted EZ Air and they came out and cleaned out the vent and serviced the dryer. Also he switched the washing machine and dryer so that they were in the correct positions in the laundry room. It appears when the appliciances were installed the installers reversed them. And EZ Air also realized with roof being replaced that the roofers had covered the dryer vent making things even worse. Can't say enough! Erick was professional and courteous. I would defintely use them again. Five Stars!!!
