I had another plumbing company tell me they couldn't snake the pipe and didn't know where the pipe went. Mike Simic, Dodo and another fellow arrived (5 mins. early) and from the start I knew they would find the problem and fix it. They did manage to get their snake through and determined the problem wasn't with the pipes under the house, but in the U-bend which the machine's hose fed into. 40/50 years corrosion had almost closed it. They returned in an hour with a new PVC U-bend and finished the job, much to my relief. All three guys were a pleasure to work with and they cleaned everything up before leaving. I shall always call them when I need a plumber now.
