It's not finished and we're not closing on this property until it meets a new homeowner's satisfaction. They even installed the baseboard before the tile and there's gaps of missing grout throughout the 2600 sqft home and so many things are installed crooked. They were to finish this home by the first quarter of 2008. Tuesday will be July 1st and were living out of 1 bedroom in a rental in Boca with all our belongings in storage, the first quarter has come and gone!!!!

I WAS PLEASED BECAUSE WE MOVED FROM OUT OF STATE, AND WE FOUND THEM ONLINE. WE PICKED THEM BECAUSE IT WAS IN A COMMUNITY WE LIKED AND THE AMENITIES THEY HAD WERE GOOD. THEY HAD A CLUBHOUSE, A RECREATION SPORTS PARK, AND A WORKOUT ROOM. THE SCHOOLS IN THE AREA ARE A RATED. THEY KEPT US ABREAST OF WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND THEY ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I AM PLEASED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION. THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS. THEY TREATED US PROFESSIONALLY. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IT WAS BUILT ON TIME.

WE'RE VERY SATISFIED. THIS IS OUR SECOND ENGLE HOME IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD. IT WAS GOOD SERVICE WITH GOOD QUALITY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. IT WAS ALL GOOD.

IT WAS A FAIR EXPERIENCE. THERE WERE NO HARD FEELINGS AT ALL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS THE WAY THEY ANSWERED ALL REQUESTS SHOWED RESPECT AND EXPLAINED WHAT COULD OR COULD NOT BE DONE.
