They seemed like fair people. They listened to what you had to say. They seemed to be like a family owned business. They did a good job. They were punctual. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I had a fire in my home. They came in and rebuilt and cleaned one room for me.

 + -1 moreEvery single project that they did, we had to redo it. We had to ask them to come and clean the carpet because they didn't move the furniture. They had to come back several times to do powerwashing because they didn't do a good job. They were supposed to give us an estimate during the constructions and the fire happened in June. We hired an architect who had all the plans ready by July 17th or something. Elite didn't even get us an estimate to release the architect's plan to us. They kept telling us the architect's plan wasn't ready until September. We went from June to September not even a quote from them. When they gave us an estimate, they were far off the estimate. They were nice guys, but overall it had been a mess. They were ridiculously priced. They never attended the meeting. They would tell us that they would come on a Tuesday and they would not turn up until Friday.
Description of Work: Elite Restorations did fire clean up. They are also a general contractor.
