Appliance Repair
Dougito installed 3 brand new AC systems for me, one broke down within 12 months, he charged me $75 to repair this even though it was under warranty.
a second AC system which he installed was approximately 18 months old and broke down, after exchanging several phonecalls with dougito he said he would call me back to fix a time to take a look at the unit, he did not call me back as promised, i called him again, we set a time which he did not keep.
i called another AC company to take a look at the system, they told me the quality of the equipment used was so poor that they suggested replacing the whole thing even though it was only 18 months old. they would not quote me for a repair.
very disappointing.
