She said she would bring her own supplies--She used all of mine including a brand new mop I just purchased without asking permission. Donna is pleasant and cooperative but i cleaned after her because the light fixture was still dirty. She mopped the floor and i went and wiped a patch with a white cloth and the floor was filthy. She did it again when asked. She never dusted the mantle or anything I didn't ask her to do. I was VERY disappointed! After 3 hours she said she was done. I had her do a few more things she didn't touch but she insisted she was finished. I paid her $85.00 for 3 1/2 hours. Skilled professionals would be happy with $30.00 per hour. It was a terrible experience. I am 75 years old and I didn't get close what I paid for. I cancelled my Angie's list subscription.

Donna arrived on time every time, was thorough and efficient. Her prices are very reasonable. I used Donna's services for a year and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. If I wanted anything extra done or in addition to the normal cleaning, Donna was very accommodating. She was also real easy to schedule with or if you needed to change your day around...She is also a lovely person and was a pleasure to have around!!!

Awesome! Donna is great. She showed up on time and ready to go. Experienced! Donna knew exactly what to use to clean a tub that others deemed unrecoverable. I'm still surprised how nice everything came out. Everything was sparkling by the time she left. Also, Donna was very sweet and personable... I would definitely recommend

Donna arrived on time at 9:00 and was ready to get to work.  She listened to our needs and addressed all of them and more.  She took it upon herself to do some items that we were not anticipating her to do like polishing our granite countertops instead of just wiping them clean like everyone else.  She took her time and did an excellent job. She got along with our dog and he liked her and left her alone to do her job which is not the usual for him as he does not trust most strangers but I guess he felt comfortable with her around his house.

I enjoy having Donna show up. She is very time conscience. She arrives on time and is always in a good mood. She is flexible when we need to change the day she comes. It usually takes her 3-3.5 hours to clean our house. She will tell you when you need to refill her supplies. Our house is very clean when Donna leaves!

I called Donna Smith two years ago after seeing her in Angie's List.  I needed someone last minute to help clean a town house that I had rented.  My roomates had left behind a mess, a pipe had burst leaving water and grime everywhere, and our air conditioning had broken.  Donna came to survay the mess and gave me a very modest estimate.  She and her daughter worked for half a day to clean up an horrible mess with no air conditioning.  They did such a great job I gave far more than the asking price as their work deserved much more than she had quoted.  After moving to Hollywood, I continued to use her services.  I have to admit, I must be a terrible client.  I make a modest income so I can only afford her when I am in dire need or am overwhelmed by my lack of time to prepare for house guests.  Donna comes to clean my large three bedroom house every few months, and has never complained about my poor domestic upkeep.  she always arrives on time, and with a smile, and she often manuevers her schedule to fit me in, as I am alsways calling last minute for a rescue.  I reccomend Donna Smith to anyone looking for a household cleaning service.

First time was acceptable. Second time she called 15 minutes before the time she was supposed to be here and gave me a bogus excuse that her car would not start. We had haggled a bit over the telephone the night before on the price and came to clear agreement that we both clearly agreed to. I guess after sleeping on it, she wasn't happy with the arrangement.

Donna had the luxury of cleaning an empty home. I was to move in the following week and wanted everything cleaned including inside the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Her job was minimal at best. When she arrived, after quoting a price on the phone, she quickly adjusted the price. The windows were left streaky and grimy. It was a terrible job and I was left cleaning many things myself before moving into the home. I was very disappointed.

It went very well and I will use she and her daughter again.
