Pete and his guys have been working on my older Bronco. They are easy to schedule with and always fast with the work. The price is always been good. They do not try to up sell anything like Some other places. My truck is there again as I write this.

They are very honest and reasonable. They never add extra costs to fix the car. They have very great service.

kept smelling what seemed like gas fumes inside my car for about 5 days. Looked under the car for anything leaking. Passengers confirmed I wasn't imagining it and smelled it too. Swung into the shop since it is close to home and work and was greeted by a well-dressed guy with a clipboard who sat inside my car for some time and said it smelled more like chemicals to him and they could put it up on the racks the next day to check it out. Two days later I stopped my very busy schedule cold to thoroughly investigate. The first thing I did (and in my opinion, a shop should do) was lift the hood - to find I had inadvertently left the oil cap off last time I topped off the oil. Two months later my driver’s side exterior door handle lift snapped clean off. Bought another, removed the 6 screws from the inside door panel thinking maybe I could fix it myself since I've easily removed the panel before. Decided it would be quicker and way easier to have a shop change the handle and thought I'd give Donald’s another try. Spoke with Pete who told me $60 if I put the panel back on myself – a strange stipulation - but ok. Went back the next day to get it done. The guy with the clipboard came out, asked me if Pete gave me a price. I told him yes and that I had already removed and labeled the 6 panel screws. He asked me if the panel needed to be removed (well, yes, since that’s the only way to get to the door handle) and if so, it was going to cost more (takes seconds to pop off the panel). For obvious reasons, I said no thanks and as I drove off I clearly overheard them talking badly about me/my decision. Drove to another garage-no interrogation-no bs-30 minutes-$70-Done.
