Outstanding. Meghan and her crew were very professional, well organized, reliable, caring. This was our first time leaving our dog in the care of a service company and we were very concerned. Well, we felt very confident with Meghan and will be using her again. She sent us updates and pictures. We felt extremely confident in their ability to care for our dog.

I’ve been using Doggie Au Pair for years and they are truly the best. I’ve moved a couple times and they still make the drive to walk my dog. They are so incredibly reliable. I would use no one else.

Meghan and her team were AMAZING! I can not overstate the professionalism, compassion and knowledge they always conduct themselves with. We came home to evidence of them going the extra mile everywhere but most of all, happy, well taken care of fur babies (and we have a lot). I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. I can not thank the team enough for their attention, dedication and constant level of communication.

She's fabulous. She's a hard-worker. I can give her a call when I'm real busy and she's available to help. It's open boarding so the dogs get to play with each other while they are there. Rather than using traditional boarding, she has a couple of homes she takes the dogs to.

Meghan took great care of our little ones. Riley seemed to really enjoy his time with Doggie Au Pair.

She did so well with taking care of my cats and home. Even kept my home clean considering I have messy cats. Loved the
fact that she left a check list that showed all the things she did at each visit.
My cats were happy & healthy but mad at me for being gone for a week!

Meghan and her service have changed my life for the better. Before finding Doggie Au Pair Vacation Care I was not able to go on a trip longer than a few days out of concern for my 15 year old parrot. Some people are not comfortable with birds and many don't understand that even though a bird is in a cage it still needs attention and socialization.
Meghan is amazing with my parrot and I have now been able to leave for a week or more and even leave the country without thinking twice about my pets or my house. She is always very responsive even when travel plans change she has always accommodated me in every way possible.
To me the price of 15 a day to do all of what is listed above in addition to being responsive, responsible, flexible and, above all, reliable, is extremely reasonable.
In addition, Meghan leaves a detailed log of when she visited the house, whether there was mail, etc.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doggie Au Pair to anyone!

The dogs love Meghan & Saundra who have worked with us.  They are prompt and always leave us a note with comments & follow-up.  We have used them for more than a year; and they are always responsive - even for last minute requests.

Meghan is an ultra responsive, considerate, and compassionate service provider.  I recommend her highly.

Always anxious to leave my babies but they were treated so well I was afraid they would not want to come home! Meghan not only obviously loves animals but is also extremely experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with their needs, behaviors and how to ease their stay away from home. The service she provides is very professional and reliable; she is accomodating, will give updates on how things are going. Definitely a service to recommend, taylored to the owners' wishes and to the particular needs and personnalities traits of the pets. The only service I will use moving forward.

Great service-Bathed and dried all 3 older beagles-and takes care of animals very well-even my hard to manage beagles.  Prices were steep-but for a Saturday appointment I went with it.

The dogs love Megan!  She provides an exceptional service.

Doggie Au Pair was reliable, coming and providing us updates as needed. She is responsive and easy to deal with - cant really ask for more in a pet sitter. My cat was happy and healthy when I returned home. 

I should have written this review sooner because Meghan is absolutely incredible! She has been caring for my cat for about a year whenever I travel. I used to ask a neighbor, but started traveling much more extensively and felt that Miga deserved more attention. Meghan first came over to meet Miga and get the lay of the land while I was away. She is very professional and thorough, asking for vet information, etc., and requiring a set of intake paperwork for your pet. She leaves a report upon your return with the time of day she visits with your pet, and a description of what she did while at your house, i.e., played with Miga, food, water, cleaned litter, security check of home. She has a key to my house and alarm codes, and I trust her completely. I always receive a prompt response when I contact her, within the hour. But, there's really not that much reason to contact her because everything always goes perfectly when she's in charge! She always leaves some treats or toys for your pet, which I think is so sweet and nice. She also offers other services with respect to your home when you're away, and even grocery shopping to have fresh food in the house when you get home. I haven't taken advantage of these services yet, but wouldn't hesitate to ask in the future because I know what a wonderful job Meghan does and how wonderful she is.

Fantastic! Meghan is professional, punctual, responsive and a very good communicator.  She is able to have some flexibility with her schedule in order to accommodate us.  I could not be any happier than I am with her service! She would walk the dogs if I requested it (it's included in the visit), but I just prefer to have her let them out in the yard and spend time with them. I gave her a key to my house and she programmed in my gate code. If she is running late, she will text me and let me know. The 'report cards' she leaves at each visit are perfect - they include the dogs' attitude, if they ate, if they pottied, exactly what time she arrived, if they drank any water and their attitude when she left.  Meghan is a delight to work with and I only wish I would have found her sooner!

Meghan was always prompt in returning phone calls and providing the service she promised.

It always goes perfectly! The answer to every request is "Yes." Meghan leaves a "report card" with details of each visit, so I know when she was there, what went on and even what games and toys she used to engage Stanley (my dog).
When I couldn't do them, Meghan has done vet runs and other care-related errands.

Meghan is professional, calm, and attentive. When I met her, I felt like my pets would be in good hands, and she did a great job. My English bulldog and my cat stayed at Meghan's house for almost 4 weeks. Bulldogs have wrinkly faces that can get dirty and infected if not cared for. I gave Meghan instructions for cleaning the wrinkles and I know she followed them because my dog's face looked perfect when I got her back. Meghan was very responsive when I checked in on my pets via email or text and she sent me photo updates. My only complaint is that I wish she could have offered me a discount for my pets' long stay. I paid the regular rate of $30/night for dog and $20/night for cat, which in general are reasonable rates, but it really adds up over several weeks. Other than that, I was very happy with Doggie Au Pair!

Meghan is great. She took on walking Bandido right away and has been very flexible about a few cancellations I had to do. She leaves a report card every day on how the walk and playtime after. Bandido used to not let anyone else walk him and a few times that friends tried to walk him without me he sat down and refused to move. I was very happy that he warmed up to Meghan right away! Meghan is also very professional; she updates via text if she is stuck in traffic and going to be late.

Mehgan (owner) is amazing and is extremely professional, responsible and communicative. The three dogs love her and the house was definitely well taken care of. Meghan visited the house two times a day for one week, took time to play with the dogs, cleaned up after them (outside), brought in the mail, watered the plants and left us an anniversary gift as well! I would not hesitate to recommend Meghan to anyone who cares about their pets and wants a responsible pet sitter to be there for them while away.

Meghan is the only person that I would ever trust to look after my dogs.
It's been a while since I've needed to use her services but I have used her many many times in the past.
Meghan is simply the best and I go out of my way to refer her to friends.
